POLICIES
Bling Therapy LashPro LLC is triple insured (business/property/professional), multi-certified and internationally licensed (Europe, Russia, Scandinavia and the US).

Due to insurance policies, children and/or pets are not allowed at any time. This includes but is not limited to emotional support pets.

Due to the high quality of products used, I will not infill another technicians work. The client will be charged for removal and full set. Bling Therapy LashPro must be notified prior to appointment if another technicians extensions are still on lashes.

I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any clients that need to cancel. If you cannot provide this notice it will result in a mandatory booking fee for your next appointment. This policy is set as I would not be able to refill the cancelled slot in under 24 hours.

Each client is entitled to ONE last-minute (less than 24h) cancellation. No questions asked - whether it’s a sick child, or a hangover after a party night - first time short notice cancellation fee will be waived. But you must notify regardless.

If you are a client with reoccurring standing appointments, you will be charged a fee of $25 for each missed appointment in order to keep all remaining bookings (unless it was rescheduled within the same week). There is no “emergency” excuse for these appointments, no exceptions. If you wish for your standing appointments to be cancelled, please let us know a week prior to your next scheduled service.

No-shows will not be rescheduled at Bling Therapy LashPro, LLC at any time. Repeatedly canceled appointments will be asked to pay a non-refundable booking fee of $50 to secure an appointment. This fee will be discounted off the cost of your treatment. Payment is made when you initially book, either by PayPal or bank transfer (if over the phone/online) or also in cash in person if you prefer.

AFTER HOURS OR SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS: Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last-minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours/Sunday appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $50 fee. Please contact directly to schedule.

Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you are late, please note that the time will come out of your allocation which may result in less lash coverage. I’d like to use each available minute to apply your lashes. No matter the service you are receiving, please arrive on time for your appointment

Please arrive with NO eye makeup on. Eye makeup can affect lash extensions and removing it takes up time and eats into the slot you have paid for.
Pricing policy:

Fill prices are for established clients who have been wearing their VOLUME eyelash extensions for up to 28 days (2 weeks-4 weeks) since their last visit at our studio, Classic Lashes must be filled prior to 3 week (21 days) mark. We fill new natural lashes, remove the grown-out lashes, and replace with a new extension. 2-3 week is recommended in between fills. This is individualized and should be adjusted for each client’s needs.

Please note if it has been more than 28 days (4 weeks) since your last volume fill OR 21 days (3 weeks) since your lash Classic fill, you must book a full set. Due to eyelash cycles after 21-28 days, 60-80% of your extensions will be grown out and for the health of the eyelash we have to remove the entire set and start over.

Bling Therapy LashPro is in very high demand, due to that, booking is incredibly tight. Please keep that in mind in case you need to reschedule last minute and might go over the 3/4 week mark.
